A clear area to move around in
A chair to use for balance exercises
About 10 minutes of uninterrupted time
First, you'll self-assess your ability to perform 5 daily tasks, on a 1-4 difficulty scale.
Then, you’ll be guided through 5 simple physical tests and exercises evaluating your balance, flexibility, strength, and cognitive abilities.
After completing the assessment, you'll receive personalized recommendations via email on how to improve in any areas where you showed room for improvement. You'll also get to hear from real clients who have regained youthful vitality through targeted exercise.
